Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis and a wide array of techniques to help our client overcome their challenges.
There are two types of Hypnotherapy
- Suggestion therapy which consists of 1 – 4 sessions
- Analysis which goes much deeper to the root of the problem to find the cause & effect. This usually takes between 5 – 8 sessions depending on the challenge that is being faced by the client.
Psychotherapy is a guided talk therapy and allows the client to analyse the different paths in their lives. This therapy allows the client to re–value their life and gain the confidence and belief to make choices to change and create a new and better future.
